As a Node.js Technical Team Leader, you will!

Join the team responsible for the end-to-end software development life-cycle. With us, you’ll work with Composable Commerce / Headless approach and top-notch technologies such as Microservices, Serverless, Node.js, Kubernetes, Cloud Services. With our support, you’ll master your skills and develop new ones by mentoring, training, and certifications in commercetools, AWS, Vue Storefront, and many others.

Salary: 120 – 160 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B)

As a Node.js Technical Team Leader you will work on a project with the following stack:

• JavaScript/TypeScript
• Distributed, event-driven microservices architecture in Node.js (Fastify / Next.js / Express.js /) using Serverless and Cloud-native services (mainly AWS), i.e. SQS, SNS, EventBridge queues, or DynamoDb database
• API GraphQL Apollo Server or AWS AppSync
• Infrastructure on leading AWS / GCP / Azure and Kubernetes solutions

Your daily tasks:

• Leading greenfield eCommerce projects based on modern platforms such as commercetools and Vue Storefront
• Solutioning with the customer and driving technical decisions
• Take care of the technical development of the team
• Taking care of technical excellence in terms of architecture and code
• Close cooperating with Managers, Technical Architects, Business Analysts, DevOps
• Having autonomy and the opportunity to constantly develop your skills

You’ll be a perfect match if you:

• Have at least 2 years of proven experience as a Team Lead
• Have a strong technical background in JS/TS and Node.js
• Have very good communication skills
• Have a can-do attitude and are problems solvers
• Good command of English (at least B2)

It’s great if you also have:

• Experience in Cloud solutions based on one of AWS/Azure/GCloud
• Experience in microservices and serverless
• Experience in js / React.js
• Experience working in the e-commerce industry and platforms
